Our goal in putting together this little event has two main objects:
Our event is not meant to be a "singles" get-together; our main intent is to connect trads and build lasting friendships. You're welcome and encouraged to come no matter your current vocational status!
As serving God through the active practice of the Faith is our primary goal in this life, we also want to ensure as much spiritual benefit can be derived from this weekend as possible. The Cincinnati area has many opportunities to grow our faith. We will be reciting the Rosary as part of our activities.
Please reach us at tradmeets@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

No, this event is hosted independent of any traditional Catholic chapel or group.
This event and any events we host are open to all practicing pre-Vatican II traditional Catholics. Again we are not getting into any trad controversies and that is not the purpose of this event. We are simply traditional Catholics looking to hang out with other Catholics.
Anyone causing issues or acting imprudently will be asked to leave.
January 17th through the 19th
It is taking place in the Cincinnati area.
$70 to sign up.
Your money is paying for food at the hall, the hall itself, the games and dinner on Friday and the museum. Snow tubing is an additional $30 to the base signup fee. Everything else is depends on you to arrange and pay for.
We are charging a fee now because we have to pay vendors up front and that costs money. Years prior we paid upfront and have people pay at the door for the hall or pay on their own. This caused a lot of issues on the back end and organizers ended up losing money due to people being fickle and cancelling at the last minute or simply not showing up. This way we avoid last minute cancellations or if people do cancel last minute we still have funds available to pay vendors.
You are free to cancel at any time but we are not issuing any refunds. If you have some special circumstance and need a refund please contact us asap and we will accommodate you.
All men and women will be held to Catholic standards of modesty.
For women, the Marian standard of dress should be followed: skirts covering the knees; tops must not have revealing necklines and must have sleeves; no pants (with the exception of snow tubing, where snow pants are allowed).
Men should dress respectfully: clothes should be clean and well-kept; polo and slacks or nice jeans recommended; no sweatpants or ripped jeans.
